Over the course of my career as a licensed drug and alcohol therapist, I have assisted hundreds of clients in finding new ways to cope with old problems and live life through sober eyes.
I offer an alternative to 12-Step programming by allowing the client to lead the counseling process and centering therapy on their greatest strengths instead of weakness. I believe in
"client centered" therapy, which allows the client to work at their own pace, build on the ideas and concepts that are most helpful to them, and include significant others in the recovery process.

I have access to the best treatment centers and classes in Minnesota, and will make the best referral based on client needs and treatment fit.
